Can I delete a message or conversation in the private messaging system?
You can delete your own messages on conversations. The messages will be deleted for you and the person you are speaking to. You can also delete an entire conversation. It will then be deleted for you and the person you are speaking to.

Yes, you can name all your conversations. You can create conversations dedicated to particular topics or by team.

As an administrator, can I go into the conversations of my staff to “moderate” messages?
Conversations are strictly private, only you and those who you are in contact with have access to them, therefore even the administrators of your community do not have access to them. You can delete your own messages on conversations. The messages will be deleted for you and the person you are speaking to. You can also delete an entire conversation. It will then be deleted for you and the person you are speaking to.
