Will you help me get Steeple up and running?
Of course. As soon as you sign up, your coach will be in touch to walk you through the different steps. You can then start your online training and attend a remote meeting to give you all the tips and best practices you need to take your internal communications to the next level. We can also put together a 30-minute presentation for directors and managers who are unable to attend the first meeting.
Do you offer follow-up support once the tool has been set up?
Check-ins are scheduled every two months to assess how your community is doing, pinpoint how you can improve, and tweak your action points.
What assistance is in place? Do you provide an after-sales service?
You can contact us five days a week by phone, email or chat. If you experience the slightest issue with your solution or equipment, get in touch and we’ll take care of the rest!
Will I have access to statistics?
At the start of every month, you’ll receive your Steeple outlook by email. This report is also available in the admin “Statistics” section. You can open it in your browser, or download it as a PDF. This is a comprehensive document packed full of personalised tips on getting the most out of your community. You can check to see how your figures compare to the previous month. Your outlook is a way of checking in with your progress, and adjusting the action to be taken to get your staff involved.
