It was essential that communication be the same on a construction site in Lanester (Morbihan) as on a construction site in Saint-Malo (Ille-et-Vilaine).

In fact, employees on construction sites wanted to receive the same information as their colleagues in the offices, and the company realized that some information channels worked well while others did not, such aspaper bulletin boards, which were not particularly effective.

It was just as important to communicate with and provide access to information for administrative staff—people in offices with work email accounts and computers —as it was for field staff with smartphones.
