Today, the Tanguy Matériaux Group is a major player in the distribution and manufacturing of construction materials in western France, with more than 950 employees, 65 branches, and 18 subsidiaries.

As a company in the construction industry, employees are spread across the branches, headquarters, and job sites. Before Steeple was implemented, communication remained relatively limited and low-key, with particular difficulty in conveying information in real time to all sites. These obstacles to internal communication made it more challenging to foster connections among employees.

Sharing information was a real challenge within the company. The sites scattered across the West were unable to communicate with one another, which also made it difficult to share information.

For management, it became imperative to address this lack of internal communication, which was having a significant impact on employees, affecting their sense of belonging, their well-being, and the effectiveness of the team as a whole.

To address this situation, solutions had to be found to facilitate the flow of information within the company, encourage collaboration between different sites, and strengthen team cohesion within a team that does not always have access to a computer.

That has changed thanks to Steeple. Now, information is centralized and accessible to everyone. This prevents any wasted time due to inconsistent information and ensures that all employees receive the same information almost instantly.

Communication within the company is now very simple and seamless, with a wide variety of information available. For example, job openings shared by headquarters were previously distributed only to a small portion of employees, not to everyone. That is no longer the case.
